What we do

Complete regularization of aerodromes
and helipads — Aeronautical Engineering in Brazil.

For rural producers, agribusiness entrepreneurs, aviation condominiums, municipalities and associations — we regularize runways of any size across the entire national territory.

01
PBZPA
The essential license for your runway to operate legally

The Basic Aerodrome Protection Zone Plan is the document required by DECEA for your aerodrome to operate within the law. We prepare the complete plan to the required technical standard — no room for rejection, no rework.

02
OPEA
Protection and approval of structures near the runway

Have a silo, warehouse, tower or transmission line near the runway? Every structure within an aerodrome's influence zone requires DECEA authorization. We regularize with all technical documentation required by the Aeronautics Command.

03
Homologation & Registration
Your runway approved and registered with ANAC

Complete homologation or registration process with the National Civil Aviation Agency. Dirt, asphalt, public or private — we guide every step to the definitive approval of your runway.

04
DECEA Follow-up
We handle the dialogue with regulatory agencies

We file, monitor and respond to requirements directly with DECEA. If you've already received a requirement or notification from ANAC or DECEA — we resolve it.

05
Helipad & Heliport
From project to operating authorization

Helipads on farms, businesses, hospitals or condominiums. We regularize from PBZPH to final authorization with ANAC and the Aeronautics Command.

Why regularize now

The cost of irregularity is higher than the cost of homologation.

Those who operate within regulations fly with peace of mind, protect their assets and ensure the runway is always available when needed.

Guaranteed operation, no interruptions

With approved PBZPA and up-to-date homologation, your runway operates without restrictions. You land and take off whenever you need — with full backing from ANAC and DECEA.

Process done right from the start

Documentation to the required standard means no rework, no back-and-forth and no extra cost. Done once, done right — that's our guarantee.

Protected and valued assets

A homologated runway adds real value to the property. It's a regularized asset with official registration — it counts when selling, financing or insuring.

Legal security and insurance coverage

Irregular aerodromes may have insurance coverage denied by the insurer in case of accident — even for high-value aircraft. With proper documentation from ANAC and DECEA, you operate with full legal backing and your aircraft protected.

Day-to-day operational peace of mind

A regularized runway doesn't hold up farm operations. You don't depend on emergency authorizations — and focus on what really matters.

How we work

The Voo Livre Method: structured
process, guaranteed results.

36 years of experience built a method that eliminates uncertainty, anticipates requirements and guides your runway from diagnosis to final homologation — no rework, no surprises.

1
Step 01
Technical Diagnosis

Quick and objective. In our first conversation, you walk away with the complete roadmap: what needs to be done, in what order and how much it will cost. We assess your runway as it is — dirt, asphalt or helipad — and chart the most efficient path to regularization.

2
Step 02
Technical Execution

We prepare all documentation required by regulatory agencies: PBZPA, OPEA, feasibility studies, reports and technical assessments. Every document is reviewed before filing to ensure approval on first analysis — no back-and-forth.

3
Step 03
Final Approval

We monitor the process within ANAC and DECEA until official publication — responding to requirements, anticipating issues and ensuring your runway reaches final approval as quickly as possible.

⏱️
The process takes on average 6 months after filing, with civil documentation in compliance. With the Voo Livre Method, you don't lose a single day to rework.

Is PBZPA mandatory for private aerodromes?
Yes. Every aerodrome — public or private — must have the Basic Aerodrome Protection Zone Plan approved by DECEA to operate legally. Runways without approved PBZPA are subject to suspension of operations.
How much does it cost to regularize an aerodrome?
The cost varies depending on the runway size, current documentation status and required services. That's why we offer a free diagnosis: in one conversation you know exactly what you need and receive a personalized proposal — no obligation.

My runway is already built. Can I still regularize?
Yes — and that's exactly the most common scenario we handle. The vast majority of rural runways in Brazil were built before current regulations. We regularize existing runways of all sizes, regardless of time of use or current status.
How long does the homologation process take?
On average, 6 months after filing — provided civil documentation complies with ANAC standards. We actively monitor every step to prevent any unnecessary delays.
Do I need the runway built to start the process?
No. The process can begin before construction. Starting early is recommended — it avoids construction errors that generate unnecessary costs and delays.
What is OPEA and when do I need to regularize?
OPEA is any structure that projects into the airspace near an aerodrome — silos, towers, warehouses, antennas, transmission lines. Any of these structures requires DECEA authorization, whether before construction or to regularize an existing situation.
Does Voo Livre serve all of Brazil?
Yes. We serve farms, agribusiness groups, aviation condominiums, municipalities and companies across the entire national territory — remotely and in person as needed for each project.
